Crushing into different factions
BIENNALE GROUP confectionery production is equipped with special equipment for crushing various types of nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, walnut kernels, etc.) The equipment we use allows us to produce crushed products of various fractions. In the future, the finished product can be widely used for making butter, filling in chocolate, sprinkling on cakes, etc.
Pasteurisation
In our production we use soft pasteurisation of nuts, grains and cereals (no more than 80° C).
This allows us to protect products from pathogenic microorganisms and preserve the health properties as much as possible.
Roasting and salting
BIENNALE GROUP production has a wide range of possibilities for roasting and salting various types of nuts, seeds and cereals. We offer dry roasting, deep-fried and combination roasting.
Uniform mixing
The production of the BIENNALE GROUP is equipped with special equipment for the uniform mixing of various types of nuts, seeds, cereals, fruits, candied fruits, etc.
